What We Do

Cadmazing provides both business and custom technical services to help you manage foundry relationships and integrate foundry process design kits (PDKs) into the Cadence Custom IC tool environement.

Foundry Vendor Interface

Manage foundry vendor relations to help keep track of deliveries
Process and assess impact for internal use and roll-out updates for internal design team use
Provide traditional CAD support functions such as design tool and PDK enablement, on-going support and methodology development
Interface with various engineering and support groups spread across multiple geographic locations and develop design automation solution

Process Design Kits

Parameterized Cells (PCells) development for the Cadence layout environment
Provide creation of simulation structures e.g. CDF's, callbacks, and techfiles
Layout and physical verification structures for your specific manufacturing process (CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar, SiGe, GaAs)
Development of complex physical verification decks for DIVA, Dracula, and Assura physical verification products
Antenna rules and density check

What We Have

Hands-on experience in Cadence Virtuoso platform, foundry PDK installation, debug and support
Experience with current sub-micron CMOS process technologies (e.g. 22nm & 28nm), mixed-signal design flow and design methodology challenges
Experience with multiple tapeouts
Consultants with a minimum B.S. or M.S. in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or Computer Science with at least 10 years of experience in EDA flow development and CAD tool support for mixed-signal IC Design projects
